Union is located in Union County, New Jersey. It used to be called Connecticut Farms in the 18th century. It has a population of about 57,000. It was first settled in 1667 and was the third English-speaking settlement in New Jersey. It was the site of the Battle of Connecticut Farms when British troops boarded boats on Staten Island for Elizabeth, New Jersey. At midnight, 5,000 troops began to land. Although they expected the Continental Army to give little resistance, they were wrong and were unable to make their destination to and through the Hobart Gap. A township of significant historical and cultural significance, Union is an economic hub and a transport corridor for many businesses in the area.

The value of your claim will be based on the extent of your losses and damages. Accident-related losses and damages can be included in your claim, so the more serious your injuries or losses, the higher the potential value of your claim. Our Union personal injury lawyers will gather evidence and will use expert testimony to assess your losses. We will then file for the maximum compensation amount allowed by law. Backed with the testimony of medical and economics experts, we try to ensure that your claim is not rejected or unfairly reduced by the insurer.
Anything that can show how the accident occurred or prove the losses you sustained therein can be used to back your claim. This includes video evidence from dashcam or surveillance cameras or handheld video recording devices; photos of the accident; medical reports; police reports; device, machine, or vehicle maintenance logs; the driving histories, training histories, or medicine usage histories of others involved in the accident; property damage assessments such as sales receipts or workshop repair invoices; and proof of lost income using pay stubs or salary slips.
